Everything in a mining operation wears. The dust, the slurry, the rock chips; they respect neither steel thickness nor paint specification. Our rubberising capability is the engineered response to that attrition. It extends equipment life, reduces maintenance downtime, and eliminates a host of corrosion and impact failures.
We apply hot- and cold-cure rubber linings. The compound is selected for the chemical and mechanical environment it will face, and curing is monitored with the same discipline we apply to a structural weld.

For many of the units fabricated in our shop, rubberising is not an optional finish; it is integral to the design-life calculation. The difference is measured in fewer leaks, fewer replacements, and far less time in a repair bay.
